Let users give reviews and feedback on place listings on the site. This way other people will have personal experiences that they can use to base their decision to go or not to go to that place.

“The Exchange” (or something cooler- "one night stand?") – may or may not be too similar to jobs, but would be more of a one time—“we need help!” thing…

Where bartenders, djs, lighting crew, bouncers, guest-list checkers, promotional models, can put times they are usually available and contact information if anyone is ever in a pickle and needs an extra worker in the area…

Bosses could put recommendations right on their "exchange" profiles so people will know who is legit and who isn’t

Allow users to subscribe to updates by their favorite people and places - Like if my favorite local band is "The Five Percent" I can subscribe to them or something along those lines, then I know where the band is playing. It would also be cool to be able to subscribe to locations such as your favorite bar. Then you would know what drink specials or entertainment is going on there.

There should be a featured "place of the week" on the website. This could be a popular bar or restaurant that has been voted on by members, chosen by C2N, or a place that is having a big event.

When a new place is added to the website, especially one that is new to the city, it should be featured in a "new places" section so that people know what is new to their neighborhood or just the area in general.

I want to add in more information about me to my profile but I can't. I'd also like to be able to customize my profile and lay it out however I'd like/ use a theme that fits my personality.

When "partying" holidays are approaching (July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc.), have a special section on the website that features all of the events going on over that weekend/surrounding that holiday. Put it on the home page so members can see it right away.

Allow people to vote on their favorite bartender, promoter or dancer for example. This can also be used for bars and clubs so that we have a best of section. Highest ranked: Bartender, Dancer, Club, Bar, Girl, Boy, Photographer and so on.

Like in Facebook where i can see which on of my friends is online and i can write him or her live on the site.

Allow users to search members/browse members according to profile criteria, find members who went to a certain school, or like a certain bar/club/etc

The same way that comments are made on events with some slight variations. The member would be able to choose in their settings whether their photos will be public or private for friends only. The member would also be able to choose if they wish to receive email notifications about new comments on their photos or just receive notifications on their dashboard. Lastly the member would have the ability to remove comments on their photos if they wanted.

Instead of just having the option of sorting through the photo albums by time/place, users should be able to search more easily for an album they are looking for. Include a calendar on the photo page so members have an easier time finding older pictures, instead of having to click "next page" until they find it.

In addition to having comments for events, there should be a discussion board so that members can respond to threads and offer suggestions about things like the best daily happy hours, the best place to eat with your family/on a date, The best hip-hop/r&b DJs and where/when to find them, etc.

So the place that people frequent can be seen in their profiles and we could ideally message those people about things at those venues only to people who have tagged them.

instead of just having one field, make the search option an advanced search. have more than one field so that users can define a specific or broad search. for example, if someone was looking for a restaurant, they could certainly come to cities2night.com. but they specifically want a seafood restaurant. searching for seafood now doesn't give you any results. or someone is looking for certain band playing at the venue. etc. just have the search option developed so that you can specify what you are looking for

Allow promoters to invite only thier friends this way it allows promoters to control the atmospher of thier club.

This is something a few Promoters have asked me for. Or if they can create a group, only members of that group can attend.

Create a poll that shows the popularity of Djs in each city. This poll would show most popular this week or month. This would allow us to gage what our members want to see.

If I tag a photo and there are other people that were at that party that tagged a photo that person should be recommended as a friend.
